Short Description of the Service
Groundwork Merseyside wishes to use a combination of marketing and communication services as a mechanism to develop and deliver positively both funded and non-funded Business Support Programmes through to March 2013.

Award Criteria and Weighting
The most economically advantageous tender in terms of overall value for money, capacity to deliver, technical merit in similar work-environment, experience and professionalism, quality, aesthetic and functional characteristics, environmental characteristics, running costs, cost effectiveness, after sales service, technical assistance, delivery date and delivery period and period of completion.
Weighting will be in descending order of importance
